Daily Haloha is a simple daily routine designed to foster a deeper sense of connection with oneself, the community, and humanity as a whole. Each day, a thought-provoking fill-in-the-blank question is presented to the world. By filling in the blanks with "you," participants can explore how others respond to the same question. This unique experience offers inspiration and upliftment, complemented by a thoughtful daily quote.

Importantly, Daily Haloha does not involve judgment; it is an anonymous opportunity for coming together and experiencing a shared human moment.

WHAT IS A HALOHA?

A Haloha is a straightforward and thought-provoking question that encourages self-reflection, imagination, and creativity. Here are some examples:

• I want to be remembered for ____________________________
• My theme song should be _______________________________

HOW IT WORKS

1. Daily Haloha starts with you.
2. Take a moment each day to consider the question. This is your opportunity for self-reflection.
3. Remember, you only answer the day's Haloha question once, so make it count! Halohas provide a chance to express yourself honestly because they are anonymous and judgment-free. After filling in the blanks, choose a Mood color that best represents your Haloha. Then, share your personal Haloha with the rest of the world.
4. Pay it forward.
5. As you send your Haloha, it will be randomly and anonymously delivered to another person somewhere in the world. In return, you will receive a Haloha from another thoughtful and curious individual. You can even identify the location from which the Haloha was sent. Additionally, you can select a Response sticker to let the sender know their message was received!
6. Be part of the bigger picture.
7. All the Halohas from the day are displayed on the Haloha Wall, providing insight into the thoughts and feelings of people around the world regarding the day's question. You can save any Haloha in your personal Scrapbook and share them on your preferred social or personal platforms. Remember to check the countdown clock for the availability of a new Haloha question!
